Excited for Disneyland 2013

Disneyland family trip 2013 is finally here!! Thank you dad for being an AD and getting to go to National AD conferences every December and you decided to take us along! (: Ahh so excited that we leave this Friday for Las Vegas and then head out to Anaheim Saturday morning!

I am so excited because it's Landon's first time going to Disneyland and I don't think he realizes how much fun it truly is! So I am very excited to see how he reacts to the whole experience because we will be spending three days in Disneyland and California Adventures and of course the beach!!!

The last time I went to Disneyland was almost three years ago! It was my first year of college and it had been the first time since I was a little girl. It was a total blast! And we went with my Uncle Rob and Aunt Traci's family as well as my Grandma Dolphin and Ana and my Aunt Vanessa and Uncle Jared and of course all my family except my dad because he went to Missouri with my Grandpa Donnie.

Except this time it is just my parents, Ronnie, Lando and I. Jordan doesn't get to come because she has to work and it won't be the same without because she is one of my best friends even though we have a hard time getting along now.

And with how cold it has been I can't wait to be where it is high 70s!!! And it is a very much needed vacation for Landon and I. Work has been stressful for him and I am just finishing up finals this week. Friday can not come soon enough!!!!!

One Year Anniversary!

 

 

Yesterday Landon and I celebrated our first year anniversary!!

 

 

I can't believe that it's been a year! It seems like only yesterday that we met at Snow.

 

 

I've loved the past year getting to know Landon even more and finding out that it is possible to love someone more and more everyday! I couldn't imagine my life without him because he has taught me how to love myself and that I am worth something..

 

 

 

He is the best guy for me because he always kisses me goodbye, tells me he loves me everyday, and is constantly reminding me that I am beautiful... but most importantly always opening the door anywhere we go :)

 

 

 

So we got to spend our one year with Landon's parents and his brother's family in Cedar City! It was a lot of fun getting to spend time with them.

 

 

We then got back to Richfield long enough to get ready to go reception hopping (; we were really surprised that there were five weddings in the Sevier valley!!!! I guess August 10 is a popular day to get married!! (;

 

 

 

We then decided to go to South China for dinner!! Which is Landon's favorite since he is always down for Chinese (:

 

 

I truly can say I am in love with my best friend!! And that I've never been happier! I really lucked out in finding such a great amazing guy to spend my life with! I love you forever and ever Lando (:

 

Can't wait to see what the future holds for us!

The places we've been our first year married!!!



Ahh I was so excited to get my first letter from one of my besties this last Saturday! It took over a month to get it!! 

But first a little bit of how we met:

 

Amber and I met our first year of college at Snow!! We sat next to each other in our first semester class which was psychology 1010! We actually didn't talk until we were put together in a group for our final project. We didn't talk much during it since we both were very shy.

 

Spring semester rolled around and we actually ended up having nutrition together (and it wasn't planned) We then became inseparable!  We were together all the time (the library, our apartments, classes, school events, etc.) 

 

Summer rolled around and I thought we would lose touch after moving home but I never thought I would get this close to someone at school. And stay close throughout the summer!

 

The fall came around and we started our second year of school together! We ended up being Start Smart Mentors together (Mentors that helped the first year students get to know each other, the campus and activities better) and we had a blast!! Again we had multiple classes together our second year at school! I wouldn't have made it through our chemistry, zumba, and our aerobics classes without her!!

Amber is currently serving a LDS mission in Argentina!! I was so happy for her that she made the choice to go! But I didn't know what I was going to do without talking to her everyday!!! But I know she is a great missionary and I will see her when she comes back!! Can't wait to get my next letter!!
